The Practice has received an abundance of media attention for its work over the years since the very first project, featuring in numerous editorial articles both within the UK press and overseas including Slovakia, Bulgaria, Holland, Norway, Italy, Denmark and Chile.  The Projects have also been exemplified in multiple design publications and RIBA Sector Reviews, for both Interiors and Architecture.

In addition, the projects have been the focus of several television programmes both in the UK and Japan. One of which was a competition by Channel 4 to find Britain’ s Best Home in 2003, we were delighted to be awarded second place in the ‘apartment’ category of the series for Unit 2, 1 Martha’ s Buildings. Furthermore, the projects have been selected as locations for film and photographic shoots.

Lastly, Julie’s earlier work at the AA was exhibited within Prêt-à-Penser – London in 1995, Readings – London in 1996 and The Loss of the Horizon – State Museum, Linz, Austria in 1999. Her work was also published within the AA Prospectus 1994/5, AA Events List April 1996, and AA Projects Reviews from 1993/4 to 1999/00.
